Christmas Morn!

Christmas was a special day this year!  Not only for the fun of the three little kiddos waking up and checking the plate of cookies and Santa Gifts, but it was Sunday!  Sunday was a special day of the week to remember the birth of our Savior!  We opened up gifts, got ready, and then went to an amazing Sacrament (church) meeting!

Above: is Kon-man SUPER excited to see Santa brought him a train/truck track!  It even lights up!
Kase just wanted the candy and bows.  But isn't he cute!  He scored a sit on cow and some bath toys!
Kaylee got a Rapunzel Tower!  She was soooo happy!
After church, we went to Grandma and Grandpa Peterson's traditional Christmas Dinner!  Good food and Grandpas homemade ice-cream!  YUM!
Then we ventured onto Mt. Pleasant to see Keith, Lynn, and the Osborne crew.  If you are wondering why Kyle and I are wearing sombreros and shaking maracas, it is because we are going to have another themed party when we go to Lake Powell in the summer.... Mexican Fiesta!  (Last year, we did a pirate party.)  We are kinda crazy, I know... But our family sure knows how to have a fun time at Powell! -Don't knock it, till ya try it!
I had to add this pic of Kase!  We got back home, and cleaned up the house.  He has been doing the famous "TOUCH DOWN" move for weeks.  But I got a pic of it to remember how cute it was.
Now on a different note:
Honorable mention award goes to this pic....  You wonder why?... Well.  Look at the top 2/3rds of our tree... Pretty full and pretty right?  Now look at the bottom 3rd.... nothing but lights, and bent branches.  You still confused?  Well... the culprit is in this very pic!  He had a hay day with our decorations on the tree.  So I had to move it all UP.   In fact, both of our trees were like that!  This was our candy cane tree... and the other tree is in the front window.  He pulled anything and everything he could reach off the tree, and undid the lights every chance he got.  In fact, he nearly tipped the tree over on top of him multiple times!  Stinker!  But a cute stinker!

I remember those days of a half decorated tree due to little hands that wanted to take things off. So fun, glad he wasn't successful at knocking the tree over.
