MISSION REUNION

We are having a reunion for anyone who served on the square from 1999-2003.

President Winwood and President Cook will attend and speak!

Date: Thur. October 2nd.  (not Friday, since we all have other reunions)

Time: 6:30-9:30p.m.

Below:  Marie Mecham & I fighting the bees while making lunch.  And if any of you know me very well, you would know that I am petrified of bees.  I literally freak out.  And while we were preparing meals, there were dozens of bees!!!!  AHHHH....

Above:  Just after we got home from camping.  Konnor was SO TIRED!  He fell asleep as I was putting things away, and I all of the sudden felt his body go limp!  What a little cutie.

The Brothersen's Go Camping

A couple weeks ago we went camping up Ephraim Canyon...  It was a lot of fun.  We drug the "chitlins" and got Anthon and Marie Mecham to come along with us!  We took our NEW truck.

Kaylee calls it our "Family Truck". Here are a few pics to highlight the fabulous time we had camping and riding Kathie and Pauls' 4-wheelers!

Kaylee Cowgirl

This is Kaylee's first SOLO ride on the horse!!!!!  (Grandpa Keith's horse, Shadow)

She was so proud of herself.  Funny comment;  I asked Kaylee to wave at the camera... and she replied, "No, I can't, I am hanging on to the horn."  She is such a funny girl, with A LOT of attitude!   Ha Ha

Kaylee's 3rd Birthday Party!

Kaylee turned 3 on July 24th!  She had a blast!  Kaylee picked her own theme out and 

wanted a "Rainbow Theme".  So a "rainbow theme"  is what she got!

We had streamers, balloons, 

party favors... that were all rainbow colors.  We read a Rainbow book and had rainbow food and cupcakes.  Way fun and way colorful.  And best of all, Kaylee loved it!

She had her two best friends over, Ayden and Claire West.   They are adorable together.  They are like the 3 musketeers, or more like the 3 princesses.

Konnor is 4 months!

Yesterday we took Konnor to his 4 month checkup.  And got his shots.  :(  

Poor little guy.  

But here are his measurements:  14 Lbs. 4 oz. ( he is in the 44% percentile)

Konnor is 24.5 inches long (he is in the 36.82% Percentile)

Konnor has been such a good baby.  He is very sweet, and loves to give out smiles like they are going out of style!!!!!  Especially to someone giving him a compliment.  Ha ha.

This month he started to grab at toys and analyze his hands very seriously.  It is adorable.

And this past weekend, he tried sitting up for the first time.  Our little guy is growing up.

Kaylee is so good with him too.  It is so fun to watch them interact.  She loves to sing him songs, and he loves to watch her dance and run around the living room like her favorite movie (at the moment), Racing Stripes.  It is so amazing to watch my children love each other in their own sweet way!  I really love being a mom.  It is such a blessing to me.
